Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 5–10 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

NORØ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, NORØ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NORØ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.

International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
